Life Saving Courses

Lifesaving refers to water safety and aquatic rescue, and is also a recognised sport where lifesavers compete in skills (including mannequin tow and carry), speed and team work. Our Pre Lifesaver programmes are now endorsed under the Sports Education Programme (SEP)!

Pilates is a physical fitness system that focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced, and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.
