Pick & Mix!
Dance Salad - Pick & Mix! is an exciting programme by MOVING ARTS that enables a learning choice of 1 to 4 different types of popular dance genres, namely: (1) Lyrical Jazz; (2) Hip Hop; (3) Pop & Lock and /or (4) Reggae. Just like a salad bar with different options of healthy ingredients and dressings, in this Dance Salad, schools can pick and mix between the enriching choices of:

• the wonderfully expressive techniques of Lyrical Jazz,
• the pop-cultural phenomenon encompassing Hip Hop,
• the puppet-like joint isolations and strength of Pop & Lock, and
• the Caribbean musical influences of Reggae.
